I'm proud to say TAG have now been awarded a contract by Job Centre Plus and are now supplying jobsearch support for newly unemployed IT and AV professionals.
With the IT Recruitment market being slower than I have ever experienced I see this as a great opportunity for TAG to be able to focus time on people that need work without having to worry about getting paid by the client at the end of it. All good IT recruitment consultancies care about their candidates as well as clients but at the end of the day the Client pays the bill and will only take the best candidates. This new Job Centre initiatave will enable us to dedicate a member of staff to working with candidates that are having long term difficulty finding work as well servicing our clients to the level we want too. |
